Setec has been recognised once again among the world’s leading engineering and design consultancies, climbing four places to 74th in Engineering News-Record’s 2026 Top 150 Global Design Firms, and retaining 63rd position in the Top 225 International Design Firms. The results reflect a global design business generating $665.4 million in annual revenue, including $209.5 million from projects delivered outside France.

The 2026 results reflect decades of experience across some of the world’s most complex transport and infrastructure programmes. Transportation accounts for 58% of Setec’s global design revenue and 59% of its international revenue, built on delivering complex railways, metros, tunnels, stations, highways and urban transport systems, including Grand Paris Express, Paris Métro Line 14, EOLE RER E, High Speed 2, and metro, rail and rapid-transit schemes across Europe and internationally.
Together, this experience brings multidisciplinary infrastructure design, tunnelling and underground structures, railway and metro systems, systems integration and assurance, station and passenger-movement planning, programme, risk and interface management, construction supervision and commissioning, and operations and whole-life asset expertise, capabilities that are particularly relevant to programmes where civil engineering, systems, operations and construction must function as one integrated solution.
